For t-ball, every parent who is physically able and not watching younger children should be helping out. I don’t care that you didn’t pay the fee - t-ball coaching is as much a team sport as t-ball playing. Get up and offer to help run drills for the coach’s kid. At a minimum you will spare yourself the discomfort, and maybe you will get some perspective on how much patience it takes to coach young children in a positive way. [/quote]
