[/quote] Exactly this. People who are saying they don’t think they should have to bother - that’s fine, but don’t think of it as saying “thank you”, see it as another chance to sell yourself. [/quote] Interviewing is a conversation for them to learn more about you as a candidate and you to learn more about the role and the organization. Come prepared, but you don't need to "sell yourself." If you really think you left something off when you interviewed, by all means rectify that. [/quote]
