Yes because as we ALL know, Section 8 tenants are the messiest, most inconsiderate neighbors to have.

You may find it funny, but it's true.  It's not controversial.  There was a lot of press coverage on this, and blame was also placed on the corporate LLs who wanted higher profits, since section 8 gave higher rent payments compared to market rate and especially rent control tenants.  It wasn't funny for people who lived there and had to deal with this.[/quote]
