No way. The only thing I'd do to get ready to sell would be to rent a storage unit so that all rooms appear 50% empty. My house is maintained in perfect shape with new bathrooms/kitchen/floors/paint/HVAC/roof. I wouldn't need to spend 6k.[/quote]
