I think her weird lunch thing made you paranoid. Because it’s otherwise a normal request to want a Word doc to make edits.

But agree, the lunch thing is weird. Is she by chance not American born? I’ve met women from other cultures in the work world who have different expectations about being served by anyone they deem junior to them, almost no matter the context.
