How can you be this clueless about the basic things? It's hormones and genetics. I've been a hairy beast since I was 11.
I think people are mixing up normal hair growth that everyone has with abnormal excessive masculine hair growth. OP is referring to the latter. I have the same problem as the OP and it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense because the hair on my head and the rest of my body is blonde and relatively fine, almost like peach fuzz. It’s only in that one spot that it’s dark and thick. If it was genetics, you’d think that it would be consistent and I’d be hairy all over. I’ve personally had my hormone levels, including testosterone, tested and they were well within normal ranges.
This is not a thing. All hair growth is normal. You've just been conditioned by the media to think that women shouldn't have hair. Your lab test proves my point.
Having arm(pit), leg, and pubic hair is normal for a woman. Being able to grow a beard or a mustache as a woman is definitely not normal. There’s even a medical term for it: hirsutism.
It's a 100% normal. You're just ignorant and have internalized misogyny and probably a fair amount of racism as well.
I agree. There are plenty of women, including me, who have to deal with an unibrow, mustache, and some chin hairs. There is an entire market of lasers, waxes, and other hair-removal products targeted at us because it's a big thing. The counter is that I still have a full, thick head of hair where some women my age are balding.
I am unlucky with both. I have fine, thin balding hair on my head and corse hairs on my chin and neck. Eh, it's part of getting older. I had electrolysis and laser when I was younger for my lip and face. It is genetic and I have always been a hairy Italian. I shave and pluck constantly. Get a razer, tweezers and a great magnifiying mirroir.
