Just loaded it on my laptop. I actually like the modern look, but mostly use the site to download Meet Announcements to know which pool to go to, warm up times, event list, etc. Checked out the mobile version as well. I don't see an issue swiping right to get to the meet announcement. With all the time I spend on Insta, my brain is trained to swipe down/right ha!
It is a LOT of swiping (actually left - so maybe you are a tinder user) and then you lose track of where you are on the chart. The colors are obnoxious and painful to the eye on the computer but not as bad on the phone. But the site is complete crap on the phone. If they really are paying this person they need to develop a mobile version that is usable. I am just thinking about sitting at meets where wifi is poor and having to load this very graphic and color intensive site. The nice thing about a simple site was that it was one of the few your could always access with poor wifi to pull meet announcements, etc. even when meet mobile would just not load. I imagine that this site is going to not do well on the pool deck setting. Hopefully they will rectify it by the next SC season. I do think they probably hired "cheap" and inexperienced here.
