How about a low morals person? If a coupon is attached to an item, it is for that item. The reason it isn't okay to just take it is because many times the person who takes it will not get it in the window, or forget it, and then the person who actually wants to buy that now-coupon less item might not buy it because of that. Attached coupons are used to incentivize immediate purchases. Not maybes for later.[/quote]
