Anyway - I'm with those on the the lack of green space. IMO if you have a paver patio it should be large enough for your seating and a grill, but otherwise the rest of your yard should be garden, trees etc. Just paving your whole yard to avoid mowing or raking just honestly suggests maybe you'd be happier in a nice condo instead of a SFH.
