They didn't drop the charges. She entered a plea deal. She pled guilty to 2 charges (aggravated assault and domestic violence in the presence of children) in return for a plea of abeyance where if she stayed completely out of trouble for 3 years, the charges would be dismissed.

The DV and chair throwing incidents in the video happened in 2023 and were discussed on the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives show. They were very well known. [/quote]
