Maybe that’s true, but it isn’t serving that many true low income students. Nearby VCU on the other hand, is certainly enrolling a lot of low income students. Let’s talk when UR has HALF the Pell percentage that VCU does. Until then, UR is still mostly rich kids. [/quote]
