[/quote] I didn't say that. Read it again. My point was that race shouldn't be the hiring criterion, not that minority candidates aren't qualified. Wider recruitment to find the best candidates from a larger pool? No objection, of course. But that's a completely different argument from what was originally posted, which was about the racial composition of the staff being a problem in itself. Don't move the goalposts and then call me a dunce for not following you there.[/quote]
