You are assuming that non-white teachers applied and interviewed and weren’t chosen because they weren’t the best. Often, this is a recruitment issue - recruiting more diverse candidates gives you a larger pool to choose from. Trust me, there are plenty of qualified Black, Latino, Asian and other minority candidates who are qualified. Find them and interview them. What a dunce that you can’t figure this out. [/quote]
