One of the better things is that all freshman are assigned to an advisor within their major (or at least my son’s is in his major). She has really helped with class selection and making the campus feel smaller. My son’s has also joined some nice clubs and there are tons to choose from. There is a nice walkable area right off campus and the shuttles get freshman around. I think the distance from Montgomery county is just right. An earlier PP mentioned Stevenson- my son’s wanted a larger student body or that school looked nice![/quote] Same- My kid would like a larger school.
