We try for Hamden Inn or other places with free breakfast. When the kids were young breakfast and a pool were a priority, now that they are out of the house, just breakfast. If we are at a place without, I make sure we have a refrigerator and will try to bring (if driving) or purchase (if flying) yogurt or cottage cheese for me and cereal or bagels for spouse. It steams me to pay $40-$50 for 2 of us to go out for breakfast when we don't eat that much first thing in the morning[/quote]
