I don’t like it either, but Don Breyer will be able to accomplish nothing in Congress if his political party relegated to a permanent minority in Congress. Between aggressive gerrymandering and the elimination of the VRA congress will be locked in around 235-200 unless states like Virginia take agressive action to provide counter balance to even out the maps. These number will get even worse come 2030 because those states had more population growth as well. [/quote]
