I can understand this frustration. Having a disorganized or indifferent coach can definitely hinder enjoying the game. Having a significantly older player(so I don’t know your coach), I would just offer some perspective that the club administration is very poor. They put tons of pressure and responsibility on the coaches with almost no support. The MLS Next Director actually lives in Chicago! lol

So you might want to move if you have a bad coach or one that is not a good fit for your DS. But overall, SYC is a good place to develop for a lot of kids. I am curious to watch as the say 2013s to 2010s move up whether they stay competitive as those seems to be really strong teams in the club. [/quote]
