But it doesn’t really help when my house is too messy that my kids don’r have friends over for play dates because they are put off by the mess because their parents all stay home and and have homes that are immaculate magazine ready. Or that I am just too tired to go for a walk with them in the afternoon.[/quote]maybe talk with your doctor. You might need a sleep test or examine your diet to see if you are missing some essential nutrients.[/quote]
