[/quote] OP- I’ll be the first to say that my original post was pretty glib, but this is a serious situation. The kids delivered this update without teasing or jokes. It’s hard to watch your parent change behaviorally in unrecognizable ways. The physical changes that are accompanying that seem to symbolize it rather than be a standalone fashion choice, and I think they’re processing all of that in a pretty age appropriate way.[/quote]
