This is why we have such a messy system. Because the school system is run by idiots, which is inevitable when they have to hire from a local pool that is also apparently populated by idiots. As exemplified above. After all, we know for a fact that the meteorologists are never wrong, and it is totally easy to make a confident decision when you're looking at multiple forecasts predicting anything from 1" to 7" depending on 15 different factors. Stupid school systems![/quote]
