Some parents think that if a school isn’t X, Y or Z, it is garbage. Different schools are good fits for different kids! If someone has to trash other schools to make their DC’s school seem superior, maybe it isn’t really superior after all. My DC actually turned down a school that is often touted as better than the rest for another that was a better fit. DC is happy, thriving and is able to have experiences that they could not have had at the other school. Embrace the differences and good luck! [/quote]
