[/quote] This makes no sense. I think T is crazy, but housing prices and inflation were worse under Biden. Interest rates are going down now, barely, but it's going in the right direction. (Though not guaranteed to be sustainable.) Something bad has to happen for the housing bubble to pop, but then so much else will be breaking as well. Not sure what the answer is.[/quote]
