[/quote] FWIW I did a ton of research on this and agree that Samsungs are known to be terrible, but LG now sells refrigerators with two types of condensers - I forget which was which but the fridge we bought did not have the kind that is known to fail. You can go on reddit and find info on what is what.[/quote]
