The 11 year old said the kids were wearing masks. It was reported to the school and then the police months after it happened. Maybe the 11 year old thought he knew who the boys were but I doubt that there was any evidence and it is likely that it turned into a he said/ he said. I am not sure if the victims family thinks there is evidence that the Police have rejected but I doubt that the school is not cooperating with the police. This publicity is enough, never mind someone being able to point to not cooperating. [/quote]
