 the constitution of medina refutes this. Religious freedom to all, support for Migrants/refugees, and Muslim/jewish  interfaith  harmony was part of that charter with the catch being anyone found guilty of a crime had to be subject to their own law (Torah in the case of Jews). Well it turned out Jews conspired with polytheists of Mecca (who wanted to kill all Muslims) which is why Muslims went to medina in the first place all done  behind the Muslims back so according to their own Torah law, many were killed , ran out of Saudi Arabia; or enslaved. It’s rumoured some converted to Islam to avoid being discovered because the population of Muslims tripled after these incidents and the Muslims were a minority faith of migrants in Medina before
