There are many buses that can not get into the streets where there are bus stops. Unsurprisingly those areas were not shovled early on and some are apartments. There have been delays of buses getting to school. Without a two hour delayed start, those buses will take even longer in the especially frigid temps. Once again, they caved to make this call.[/quote]
