Pp is suggesting that despite the statements made, that Savannah’s mom may have actually been in cognitive decline.  Pp is suggesting that Savannah could have been in denial about any problems, given that she lives far away.  Pp is suggesting this based on their personal experience with family members. [/quote]

PP here. Thanks. That is what I meant. It was my first thought based on my own personal experience. It sounds like there may have been evidence of forced entry based on what people are saying, but the authorities have not been specific. Gut-wrenching! I recall seeing an interview with Guthrie where she talked about how fortunate she was to have a mother like hers and how much her mom meant to her.

Someone mentioned it happened to the mom of a famous baseball player. It seems like such an ignorant choice because of course it will end up in the news and there will be plenty on the case. Hope she is found soon. This is so much stress for an 84 year old woman. I just hate to even think about it.[/quote]
