[/quote] MCPS stayed at home when they should have people clearing the parking lots. it's on them and they need to stop blaming others.[/quote] +1 tbf many MCPS staff have been working hard, but it's the facilities and operations people (who are disproportionately Black and Latino and the lowest paid) and not the disproportionately White admin staff. They should have opened offices as soon as the county government opened back up. Having everyone home when main roads have been clear for days is not helpful. If their school was not plowed or they were snowed in they should have been instructed to work virtually.[/quote]
