I am the same coloring, but I do not look like Megan Fox ;) I sometimes get compared to Rachel Weiz so you know what I look like.

Anyway, my hair started going grey in my early teens and now, at 33, I have to dye it every few weeks. I dye it at home and leave it on for 40 minutes. Highlights don't help much. I've had them before. That helps people with blonde hair more.[/quote]

Oh, I didn't think you were saying you looked like her (who does?!). I was just joking.

I do have to get it done professionally every now and then because otherwise the color gets too dark, or just too red or something. Also, I can't "change" colors at home and have to stick to the same tones. Anyway, if I get a hair dye intended for greys (like Excellence) and leave it on for 40 minutes, it lasts as long as salon color, at least in my experience. There are salon colors that stay put longer but it doesn't matter since the greys are coming from growth anyway. I prefer getting it done but between the expense and the issue of finding time to even get it done I just end up buying a box and doing it at home. Even when I plan to go to the salon![/quote]
