Oh come on.  If they were both able to go on and get JDs after a teen pregnancy they are both hard working and intelligent.

Would I have made that choice, had I gotten pregnant that young - probably not.  Would I be thrilled if that happened to my child - most definitely not.   But I'm certainly not going to be snarky about a family who went ahead and was able to manage all of that.

And if that were to happen to my child and she wanted to keep the baby, I would hope to support her as much as I was capable of.

This also goes to show that family support (and likely) money, can really make a huge difference in the outcome of an unplanned, early pregnancy.  Just like having family money and involved grandparents make having children easier when you're a 30-something professional.  [/quote]
