It checks for thickening of the lining of the wall of the vagina and uterus, any bumps or lumps that shouldn't be there. THAT'S what going to the GYN does. Most ovarian cancers are discovered in later stages, but I will not skip my annual visit to the GYN. I can check my boobs for lumps but not my nether regions.[/quote]
