[/quote] There are lots of things that are common among certain cultures but that does not change whether the practice is a good idea or morally appropriate. There are people among certain religious groups that believe blood transfusions are bad and they would let their kid die over getting one. Just because it is a cultural or religious belief does not necessarily excuse or justify the behavior. [/quote]
