Because I wouldn't think that someone would fall asleep with a sex worker.  Aren't they on the clock or something?

It's possible he was drugged and then fell asleep.  Or maybe it was an armed robbery/set up and he doesn't want to admit it.

Maybe he was passed out from drinking, but this is not publicly known.  It would seem that county officials know more details, and they aren't exculpatory details, hence the county executive's declaration that he should be fired.[/quote]
