They will learn how to be good students the same way baby birds learn to fly. Survival instinct. This is where your kid can learn to fly or get crushed on the rocks below. TJ used to have a selection process that minimized the carcasses on the rocky shores below but now... You know your kid. If they can handle it, TJ is probably a good experience for them over the long run. If they can't it can be depressing. Also consider the commute.
