[/quote] Have you ever -done- federal hiring? It's very standardized. You ask everyone the same thing. There's no box for "I think this person cuts corners based on an ethics rule I made up." If you are dinging applicants for that, they are violating nothing and you are violating merit hiring rules. [/quote]
