My daughter is turning 8 in February and wants a sleepover bday party. We’d invite all the girls in her class plus a few other friends so like 20ish kids (we’re in a small private, plus have neighbors and church friends). I floated the idea to a few other of my friends and they said no way to sleepovers that young but I remember always having big slumber parties with pizza, soda, and a movie at that age or even younger back in the 90s. Do kids not do these anymore? I get the phone concerns but none of these kids have phones yet…
You have got to be kidding. This is a hard no. Phones are not the biggest concern. This is just stupid.
Agree. 20 kids at this age in your house for sleepover? That's insane! I have a 10 year old and sometimes she has a sleepover in our house or goes to a friend's house- it's always only 1 friend. At the age of 8 we never had any sleepovers. They are too young for that.
