Frozen eggs, not embryos. It included almost everything - from accessing the database and chosing the donor, thaw of the eggs, my husband's "contribution", to the fertilization, to the transfer. It did not include any necessary pre-screening tests on me or any post transfer checkups (which = about 3 Beta blood tests at Labcorp and 2 or 3 sonos at an OB office - which I did all locally.) To me it made good financial sense, especially since I was quoted 65% chance of getting pregnant if transferring one embryo and 75% with two. There is also a guarantee program for about $30k, which initially attracted me to them but I did not wind up opting for it in the end. [/quote]
