Guess what? I lost 70 lbs in 2017 all on my own. I ate super healthy, I worked out with a trainer, the works. Then after about a year, I started gaining back a pound here and a pound there. By 2022, I had gained all of it back and then some. So whatever you decide to do, you'll have to do for the rest of your life. There is nothing wrong with taking a potentially life saving medication for the rest of your life. Stop this nonsense.[/quote]

That was not my point. I am not at all against taking medication like this for the rest of your life. However, most people go into ALL weight loss methods (diet, exercise, specific diet like keto, and medication) with the mindset that losing weight is the hard part and if they can just lose the weight they will keep it off and the VAST majority do not. Most people are paying out of pocket for this medication and with that, they don't plan on paying to stay on it for the rest of their lives. If they truly do then go for it, these medications are great. [/quote]
