[/quote] +1 Sometimes kids don’t get into their flagship and they get into comparable flagships. Because California has such a wonky system, kids sometimes get rejected from UCLA & Berkeley and still get into Michigan. I assume the same happens in Virginia, especially in DC suburbs.[/quote]
