Omg, is that why the traffic around Target and Kohl’s in Rio is now insane? I went to Target Monday evening around 5:00 and it was a mess. I thought there must have been an accident. It was bad enough when they built Lifetime Fitness and the Carnegie and added that traffic to the intersection of Fields Rd and 370/Sam Eig right by 270, but this takes the cake.[/quote]

Rio is absolutely gridlocked right now. Really regretting driving here this afternoon. Stuck on the 3rd floor of parking garage and nothing is moving, at all.[/quote]
It’s not like weekend/holiday traffic wasn’t a mess at Rio in previous years. Taking away that right on red for traffic leaving Rio and heading toward 270 is insane. That’s a long light because they have too many high traffic roads feeding into that same intersection.[/quote]
