[b]For a quality cut, highlights, and lowlights, this is pretty spot on for the cost, at least in this area. [/b]It’s just expensive. But if you aren’t happy with the results, that’s another story. This is similar to what I pay at my salon in DC. I go every 3-4 months. [/quote]
