No, that's not true. When you sign up now they make you state what you're testifying for and if what you're testifying about is or isn't on the agenda. So they are actively curating those who get slots to speak. It's no longer first come, first serve.[/quote]

It hasn't been that long of a change actually. I think they implemented this new model last year when Taylor arrived. Before that, it truly was first come, first serve when McKnight and Felder were superintendent.[/quote]
