There is also an intersection near me that the left turn used to be turn on green when clear to a dedicated arrow. Which, during peak hours, was needed. However, after 8pm or so, it really isn't and it should revert to a flashing red arrow so that you could turn when clear after stopping but it doesn't do this. I also routinely turn here when it's clear during off-hours, treating it the same way it used to be before they changed it. This is also a risk of a ticket, but again a very low risk. [/quote]
