They also promote kids during key recruiting years taking positions from those who are already recruiting age. These deals are made under the threat to leave the club by the parents. They overlook simple short coming like player doesn’t look up or player doesn’t connect a pass. These failures are exactly reason they can’t compete on a wider stage. There is a general lack of quality coaches in the area even beyond this club so sad state of affairs.[/quote]
