It’s about setting goals and striving to push beyond them. If you hit goals all the time you’re setting the wrong goals. The primary goals don’t have to be athletic, but you should have fitness goals to help maintain your health and relieve stress. Ask yourself, what’s your primary goal, and secondary goal right now? What are you doing to work towards them?[/quote]
