Outside of school grounds MCPS has no skin in the game.

You sue the parents of the minor for the money to replace property damaged
If they put their hands on your kid you file a police report for assault.

Anything happening in school then yes MCPS has a responsibility to protect your kid. You march your butt to the principals office and you ask them for their plan they are to write it down or you will sue.[/quote]
