Okay, I'm 5'2 and I need to lose 10-15 lbs. I'm sick and tired of not being able to fit into my clothes. Because I'm short, my issue is more noticeable in my belly and my face. Ugh. I haven't been to the gym in a year. I just need to kick start this weight loss. I'm 50 yrs old and an extremely busy working mom, HS and MS kids with sports, etc. I don't want to take injectables. Just good old- fashioned diet and exercise. Can someone please give me some ideas, tips, programs to get me started? Nothing that is going to cost a ton of money. I'm ready today. Thanks in advance!
1. Buy new clothes that fit. Solves the problem you cited. 2. Meanwhile, change-up your diet (you know what to eat and not to eat) and start walking while your kids are at sports practice/before game/during half-time or whatever game breaks. 3. Drink a lot of water and don't eat anything after dinner (after 7 or 8 pm) and get plenty of sleep. 10-15 pounds is very do-able with proper diet and daily walking. Ask me how I know. If I can do it that way (lost 22# that way), it's very do-able for you.
