But if they went after backyard breeders and started euthanizing dogs after a single incident, you could actually limit how many new pits are born and also dissuade people from adopting dogs specifically for aggression which is why people adopt pits.[/quote] +1000 I’d add strict enforcement of leash laws, mandatory spay / neuter of any animal found loose or off leash ( like, animal only released back to owner after surgery), and free spay/ neuter ( heck I’d throw in a $20 payment). Responsible owners would have no problems with these policies.[/quote]
