Who is this person's supervisor? Do they know they are like this? Why aren't they on a PIP and a paper trail out?
As a taxpayer, this is exactly the dead wood that we wanted removed. Someone who can't tell you what a contract means?
This is why people supported DOGE going in and wreaking havoc. Because the gov't couldn't purge these people on their own.

False. The fact that a few bad eggs here are stupid enough to admit in writing that they are abusing their jobs and the taxpayers’s trust has nothing to do with DOGE’s mission. Have you ever managed a federal agency? I have. I’m not a Trumper but the deadweight at two agencies I worked at was shameful. The waste, the refusal to work, the feigned incompetence was unbelievable.[/quote]
