Middle management is what keeps the senior management from having to deal with the peons directly: the job itself is not going away. You could see compression if there are fewer staff to manage, but other than programners it's not clear this is actually happening anywhere. Kinda funny that programmers built a bot that mostly takes their own jobs.

Senior management decides what gets funded so they're not going anywhere either. [/quote]
